What is unique about Ayurveda?
Health is wealth. We know from Allopathic medicine that sometimes there is no solution to a health condition or its prevention. A fire-fighting concept is not getting to the route of the problem and side effects of medication is not desired by any patient. Ayurveda is offering an alternative.
Toxins or metabolic substances have accumulated in the human body weakening the resistance of the body and damaging the purifying organs of the body. This creates an imbalance in the body. We need to remove these unwanted materials out of the body. Ayurveda teaches us the appropriate life style to help this process. We need to consider an appropriate diet, exercise, yoga or meditation and possibly herbal medicine.
Ayurveda is offering medicines that are natural medicines, free from chemicals and generally free from side effects.
